Please read the policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.


1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Size or Fitting Issues:
    • If your item does not fit as expected, we will exchange it for a different size. This can only be done once per item.
    • Example: If you order a medium-sized T-shirt and it’s too tight, you can exchange it for a large size.
  • Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items:
    • If the product arrives damaged, with tears, or if the print is misaligned or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
    • Example: If you receive a T-shirt with a misprinted design, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
    • Free Replacement for Defects: If the exchanged item has similar manufacturing defects, we will send you another new one at no extra charge.
    • Example: If the replacement T-shirt also has a defect, we will provide another new one.
    • As an apology for the inconvenience, we will provide you with a 10% store-wide coupon for your next purchase.

2. Time Frame for Exchange and Return

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you want to request an exchange or return.
    • Example: If your order is delivered on January 1st, you must contact us by January 6th if you want to request a return or exchange.
  • Late Requests: Any requests after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

3. Clear Evidence Requirement

To process your return or exchange, we require clear photos or videos showing the defect or size issue. The photos should be clear and not blurry.

  • Example: If your T-shirt has a misaligned print, take a clear photo showing the issue, and also provide a short video showing the defect with the packaging visible for confirmation.

Claims without clear photos or videos will not be processed.

4. Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: Provide clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
  • Step 3: Once your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions and process your replacement within 3-5 business days.

5. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

  • Used, Worn, or Washed Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receiving them cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Incorrect Address: If the exchange or return request is due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items bought on sale or with a discount cannot be exchanged unless defective. If the item is not defective, we will not process an exchange.
  • Without Original Tags or Packaging: Items must be returned with the original tags and packaging intact. Any items returned without these will not be processed.
  • Exchange Beyond Allowed: Only one exchange per item will be allowed.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason, except in cases of defective products. If a product is defective, we will replace it, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

7. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Free Exchange: For defective or damaged items, the return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • Customer-Paid Shipping: For size exchanges or exchanges due to incorrect choices, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
