1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order only before the item is sent for printing. Once the order status is moved to “TO BE PRINTED”, you cannot cancel the order.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. If the order has not been sent for printing, we will cancel it.
- Cancellation After Shipment:
- Once your order has been sent for printing, cancellations are no longer possible. Please follow our Return and Exchange Policy for any issues with the product.
2. Refund Policy
- No Refunds:
- As a small, independent startup, we face certain limitations that prevent us from offering monetary refunds. Due to the personalized nature of our products and the costs associated with production and fulfillment, we are unable to process refunds.
- Why We Cannot Provide Refunds:
- As a print-on-demand business, each item is custom-made to order. Once production begins, the product is created specifically for the customer, and this makes it impossible for us to resell or reuse the item. For these reasons, we cannot offer refunds, except in the case of defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
- Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items:
- If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with a misprint, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. We do not offer refunds in monetary terms but will replace the product or offer you store credit to place a new order.
- Lost Packages:
- If your order is lost in transit, and the shipping carrier confirms the loss, we will provide store credit for the equivalent amount to place a new order. Refunds will be issued to the seller’s credit, not directly to the payment method.
3. Exchange Process (for Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items)
- If your product is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- To initiate the exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us page, providing clear photos or videos of the defect.
- We will then provide instructions for returning the item and process the replacement.
